The exciting young Italian Duo Gallucci-Pilato (mandolin and guitar) will be making their first US tour this spring and will be performing in concert with the Providence Mandolin Orchestra at Rehoboth’s Goff Hall on Saturday, April 30th.  The Duo, formed in 1999 and known for the brilliance of their execution and their passionate interpretations of Latin and contemporary repertoire, has been enthusiastically received on stages and festivals throughout Europe.  This will be the first chance US audiences have had to hear this Duo in concert.

The Providence Mandolin Orchestra, directed by Mark Davis, will open the program with a selection of their unique repertoire.  The main part of the program will be devoted to the guitar/mandolin interpretations of the Duo, followed by a selection especially arranged for the Duo to perform with the Providence Mandolin Orchestra.
